How organizations, roles and partners work.

Audience: Owners/Admins
​Outcomes: One or more orgs created; admins and members assigned correctly

Organizations (tenancy)

  • Data is scoped to an org; users see only their org unless a partner link exists.

Roles

  • Owner β€” policies, billing, full admin.

  • Admin β€” users, partners, KYC, disputes, contracts.

  • Member β€” create drafts, manage orders & deliverables.

Best practices

  • Keep 2+ admins.

  • Use separate orgs for sandbox vs. production data if needed.

  • Enforce allowed domains to control who can join.

Create an org (Owner)

  1. After signup, choose Create organization.

  2. Set name, display/logo (used on invoices/exports).

  3. Invite initial admins.
