Setting Up Your Account

Create your account, verify email, complete profile, and finish KYC.

Audience: All users
Prerequisites: Business email, basic company details for KYC
Outcomes: A verified login, completed profile, KYC status visible

Step 1 — Sign up

  1. Open the signup page and create a user.

  2. Accept Terms and Privacy Policy.

Step 2 — Verify email

  • Check your inbox; click the verification link to activate the account.

  • Didn’t receive it? Check spam or ask an admin to resend.

Step 3 — Complete your profile

  • Name, role/title, language, timezone, avatar (optional).

Step 4 — KYC (if your org requires it)

  1. Settings → Compliance.

  2. Submit the required documents (company legal name, registration, address, representative ID).

  3. Status appears on your profile: pending → verified (or needs more info).

Tip: You can browse the UI while KYC is pending; sensitive actions (e.g., releasing escrow) are gated with a clear message.

Troubleshooting

  • Reset password: use Forgot password.

  • 2FA lost: ask an admin to reset 2FA, then re‑enroll.

  • Email change: update in Profile (may need SSO admin if SSO is enabled).
