What is TradeOS?

TradeOS is a multi‑tenant B2B platform for service engagements:
contracts → orders & deliverables → payments & escrow → disputes → reputation, with strong security and real‑time events.

Who uses it

  • Buyers & Sellers – collaborate on scope, milestones, delivery, payments.

  • Admins – manage organizations, roles, partners, KYC policies.

  • Finance/Ops – reconciliation, refunds, invoices.

  • Developers – REST API, webhooks, SSE.

Lifecycle overview

  1. Create org, invite your team, and complete KYC (if required).

  2. Draft a contract → send for review → approve → sign.

  3. Create an order, define milestones, upload deliverables.

  4. Take card/bank/crypto payments; fund escrow where applicable.

  5. Release funds per milestone, or open a dispute if needed.

  6. Invoice & reconcile, and reputation scores update.
